René has served full time with the ministry since its creation in 2000. Prior to joining the Torchbearer Foundation, René taught Economics and Maths with the Education Board of the Cameroon Baptist Convention (1993-1998). He received a Bsc. Economics  from the University of Yaounde II – Cameroon (1993), received a certificate in Christian Micro-Enterprise Development from the Chalmers Center for Economic Development, USA (2003). He will graduate (July 3, 2007) with an MSc. Intl Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University, USA. René is married to Adeline and they have 3 kids. 

FELIX HAMAJOULDE, Christian Community Development Director, Bankim Sub-Division.

Félix joined the Torchbearer Foundation on January 1, 2006. Prior to joining the Torchbearer Foundation he served in the Accounting Department of the Bible Society of Cameroon. Félix has a masters degree in Management of Enterprises from the Université Internationale Dakar (Sénégal). .

Félix is married to Sylvie.

EMMANUAL WACHE, Interim Christian Community Development Director, Bum Sub-Division. Emmanuel@torchbearerfoundation.org,

Pastor Emmanuel Wache is currently doing a Masters in Theology at the Cameroon Baptist Theological Seminary in Ndu-Cameroon. Pastor Wache will become the full time Christian Community Development Director for his home sub-division, Bum, upon graduation from the seminary in June 2006. Pastor Wache has served in Fonfuka Baptist Church, Binju Baptist Church, Bethel Baptist Church, Etoudi/Yaounde Association Pastor before continuing to the seminary in Ndu.He is one of the pastors who caught the Torchbearer vision since 2000. Pastor Wache and wife Margaret have 4 children.

JENNY NGOH, Interim Christian Community Development Director, Belo Sub-Division.

Jenny joined the team in August 2005. She has a degree in Economics from the University of Buea - Cameroon. Jenny is married with one child.

GENESIS TALLA, Christian Community Development Director, Njinikom Sub Division; CTI Director for Belo and Fundong.

DAVID NGWANI, Torchbearer Facilitator, Ndu Sub-Division

David has been involved in personal community service work for four years prior to joining the Torchbearer Foundation to facilitate Torch formation in Ndu and surrounding communities. He had served as Secretary/Typist/Wages Clerk with the Ndu Tea Estate for 14 years. He joined the Torchbearer team on full time basis on April 1, 2006. David has a certificate of Completion in Typing and Secretariat Duties from Ali Typing Institute, Ndu. David is married with 1 child.

JOSHUA CHITU, Torchbearer Facilitator, Njinikom Sub-Division

Joshua has facilitated Torch formation within BERUDEP prior to joining the Torchbearer Foundation on full time basis on April 1, 2006. He is a trained Agricultural Extension Technician. He worked with the North West Development Authority, MIDENO and later joined the Belo Rural Development Project. Joshua is married with four kids.

CALEB NGENGE, Christian Community Development Director for Nkambe Central Sub-Division.

Caleb joined the Torchbearer team in January 2004. He has a General Certificate of Education, Advanced Level from Government High School, Nkambe.

FLORENCE KONGOR, Torchbearer Facilitator for Nkambe Central Sub-Division

Florence joined the Torchbearer team in January 2004. She has a General Certificate of Education, Advanced Level, from Government High School, Nkambe.

Florence and her husband John have four children.
